Our goal at Premier Copper Sinks is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply visit our Copper Sinks Return page within 30 days of your purchase for a refund or exchange. A 15% restocking fee applies on items returned within a 30-90 day period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after these time periods, please let us know. Your satisfaction is important to Premier.
  • If the product is defective or damaged in shipping we require notification within 3 days from date of receipt. The product will be replaced free of charge.
  • If the product is damaged in freight, we ask that you note the tracking number and refuse the product with the freight carrier. Call us ASAP for a replacement.
  • Items must be returned undamaged and uninstalled in their original packaging with your Order Return E-mail Receipt to receive refund.

Special Orders or Custom Orders
All Special or Custom orders will be held for 48 hours prior to being placed, during this time you may cancel or change your order. A Special ordered product requires a signature by the customer on the invoice to confirm knowledge of this policy and must be faxed to 623-376-0183 before the item will be ordered. Special or custom orders may not be stopped or cancelled after order has been placed.
  • Absolutely no returns or exchanges on Special or Custom orders after the 48 hour waiting period from when the order has been placed.
